• NHS systems — including the Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) and your GP, as required for your care
• Delivery partners — solely for the purpose of delivering your prescription or order
• Regulatory bodies — such as the GPhC where required by law

How long we keep your data

We retain patient records in accordance with NHS guidance, typically for a minimum of 8 years for adults. Online enquiry and order data is retained for up to 2 years.
